Budgie Montoya x The Pilgrm

Join us at The Pilgrm on the 15th August for some Island-inspired partying with Don Papa Rum and Filipino chef Budgie Montoya!

For one night only, we'll be celebrating Filipino-style with one of London's hottest chefs, Budgie Montoya, who will be cooking up a retro menu of dishes inspired by the ultimate Filipino fast-food creators, Jollibee. 

Tickets include 3 of Budgie's signature dishes and a Don Papa cocktail:

• Frozen Don Papa Ube Colada cocktail
• Budgie's 'Jollibee' Fried Chicken 
• Mum's Filipino spaghetti  
• Mango peach pie infused with Don Papa’s oak-aged rum

Decked out with a jungle of leafy plants, a dedicated Don Papa bar serving up a menu of rum-spiked cocktails, and DJ Pinoy Grooves playing until late; for one night only The Pilgrm will be transformed into a Filipino party.
